Subly 개인정보처리방침
Subly(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령과 Google Play 정책을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
Subly는 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일 등 이용자를 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱 기능을 위해 이용자가 직접 입력한 다음 정보가 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 구독 서비스 이름, 금액, 통화(KRW·USD·JPY), 결제 주기, 다음 결제일, 카테고리, 메모, 활성/일시정지 상태
- 앱 설정: 언어, 화면 모드, 정렬 방식, 알림 사용 여부 및 알림 시점
- 앱 최초 실행 시각 (설치 직후 전면 광고를 표시하지 않기 위한 용도)
위 정보는 구독 목록 관리, 월간·연간 비용 계산, 결제 예정일 표시, 카테고리별 지출 표시, 결제 예정 알림에만 사용됩니다.
2. 저장 위치
Subly는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 모든 구독 정보와 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 운영자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 입력한 구독 정보를 확인할 수 없습니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
Subly는 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고(배너, 전면 광고)를 표시합니다. 광고 제공 및 성과 측정을 위해 Google이 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID(Android 광고 식별자)
- 기기 정보(기종, OS 버전 등), IP 주소
- 광고 노출 및 클릭 정보
이용자가 입력한 구독 정보는 광고에 사용되거나 Google에 전달되지 않습니다.
Google의 정보 처리 방식은 다음에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
맞춤 광고 끄기: Android 기기의 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 또한 내 광고 센터에서 맞춤 광고를 관리할 수 있습니다.
4. 결제 예정 알림
이용자가 설정에서 알림을 켠 경우에만, 결제일 당일 또는 1·3·7일 전에 기기 내 로컬 알림을 보냅니다. 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약·표시되며 외부로 정보가 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 재시작 후에도 알림을 유지하기 위해 부팅 완료 신호를 수신하는 권한을 사용합니다. 알림은 앱 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
Subly는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 표시를 위해 Google LLC(AdMob)가 3항의 정보를 Google의 정책에 따라 처리합니다.
7. 보관 및 파기
기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱에서 구독을 삭제하거나, 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 파기됩니다. 운영자는 별도로 보관하는 정보가 없습니다. Google이 처리하는 광고 관련 정보의 보관 기간은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱에서 언제든 본인이 입력한 정보를 확인·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID 관련 권리는 3항의 방법으로 행사할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

Subly는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Subly Privacy Policy
Subly ("the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
1. Information we handle
Subly does not require an account or sign-in, and does not collect information that identifies you, such as your name, phone number or email address.
The following information you enter is stored only on your device:
- Subscription name, price, currency (KRW, USD, JPY), billing cycle, next payment date, category, memo, active/paused status
- App settings: language, theme, sort order, reminder on/off and timing
- The time the app was first opened (used only to avoid showing full-screen ads right after installation)
This information is used only to manage your subscriptions, calculate monthly and yearly costs, show upcoming payments and spending by category, and send payment reminders.
2. Where your data is stored
Subly does not operate any server. All subscription data and settings stay on your device and are never sent to the developer or anyone else. The developer cannot see the subscriptions you enter.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Subly is free and shows Google AdMob ads (banner and full-screen). To serve and measure ads, Google may process:
- Advertising ID (Android advertising identifier)
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.) and IP address
- Ad impressions and clicks
The subscriptions you enter are never used for advertising or shared with Google.
Learn how Google uses information:
Opt out of personalized ads: On your Android device, go to Settings > Google > Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID. You can also manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
4. Payment reminders
Only if you turn on reminders in Settings, the app schedules local notifications on the payment day or 1, 3 or 7 days before. Reminders are scheduled and shown entirely on your device, and no information is sent anywhere. The app listens for device restarts so that scheduled reminders are restored. You can turn reminders off at any time.

6. Sharing with third parties
Subly does not sell or share your information. Google LLC (AdMob) processes the information listed in section 3 under Google's own policies in order to show ads.
7. Retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted immediately when you delete a subscription in the app, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. The developer keeps no copy. Retention of ad-related information processed by Google follows Google's policies.
8. Your rights
You can view, edit and delete everything you entered at any time within the app. You can control your advertising ID as described in section 3. For other requests, contact us at the address below.

Subly プライバシーポリシー
Subly（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 取り扱う情報
本アプリは会員登録やログインを必要とせず、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレスなど利用者を特定する情報を収集しません。
利用者が入力した以下の情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
- サブスクのサービス名、金額、通貨（KRW・USD・JPY）、支払い周期、次回支払日、カテゴリ、メモ、有効／一時停止の状態
- アプリ設定：言語、表示モード、並び順、通知のオン／オフとタイミング
- アプリの初回起動日時（インストール直後に全画面広告を表示しないためにのみ使用）
これらの情報は、サブスクの管理、月額・年額の計算、支払い予定やカテゴリ別支出の表示、支払いリマインダーのためにのみ使用されます。
2. 保存場所
本アプリはサーバーを運営していません。すべてのサブスク情報と設定は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者を含む第三者に送信されることはありません。開発者は利用者が入力した情報を閲覧できません。
3. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは無料で提供するため、Google AdMob広告（バナー広告・全画面広告）を表示します。広告の配信と効果測定のため、Googleが以下の情報を処理する場合があります。
- 広告ID（Android広告識別子）
- 端末情報（機種、OSバージョンなど）、IPアドレス
- 広告の表示・クリック情報
利用者が入力したサブスク情報が広告に使用されたり、Googleに提供されたりすることはありません。
Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
パーソナライズ広告の無効化：Android端末の設定 > Google > 広告から広告IDをリセットまたは削除できます。また、マイ アド センターで広告のカスタマイズを管理できます。
4. 支払いリマインダー
利用者が設定で通知をオンにした場合にのみ、支払日当日または1・3・7日前に端末内のローカル通知を送ります。通知は端末内でのみ予約・表示され、外部に情報が送信されることはありません。端末の再起動後も通知を維持するため、起動完了の通知を受け取る権限を使用します。通知は設定からいつでもオフにできます。

6. 第三者提供
本アプリは利用者の情報を販売または第三者に提供しません。広告表示のため、Google LLC（AdMob）が第3項の情報をGoogleのポリシーに従って処理します。
7. 保存期間と削除
端末内の情報は、アプリでサブスクを削除した時、アプリのデータを消去した時、またはアプリをアンインストールした時に直ちに削除されます。開発者が別途保管する情報はありません。Googleが処理する広告関連情報の保存期間はGoogleのポリシーに従います。
8. 利用者の権利
利用者は、入力した情報をアプリ内でいつでも確認・修正・削除できます。広告IDについては第3項の方法で管理できます。その他のお問い合わせは下記までご連絡ください。

本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
