Near Miss 개인정보처리방침
Near Miss(이하 "앱")는 1인 개발자 susuim(이하 "개발자")이 만든 게임입니다. 이 방침은 앱을 이용할 때 어떤 정보가 처리되는지 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보
개발자는 이용자의 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치 등 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원 가입이 없습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보
게임 설정(효과음·배경음악과 그 크기, 진동, 언어), 최고 기록, 튜토리얼 확인 여부, 랭킹에 아직 보내지 못한 점수, 광고 제거 구매 여부, 이펙트 선택, 구매 안내를 보여준 날짜와 횟수는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 클릭 방지를 위해 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 이용 기록 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스의 이용자에게는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google의 동의 화면을 보여드리며, 선택을 마치기 전에는 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 맞춤 광고에 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤 광고 또는 제한된 광고가 표시됩니다. 선택은 앱의 설정 화면 "개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 모든 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
4. 랭킹 (Google Play 게임즈)
랭킹 기능을 이용하면 Google Play 게임즈가 이용자의 플레이어 ID, 게임 프로필 이름, 점수를 처리하고 다른 이용자에게 랭킹을 보여줍니다. 이 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 랭킹은 Google 계정으로 Play 게임즈에 로그인한 경우에만 이용됩니다.
5. 구매 (광고 제거 + 네온 이펙트 팩)
앱 내 구매는 Google Play 또는 Samsung Galaxy Store의 결제 시스템으로 처리되며, 개발자는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매 확인과 복원에 필요한 구매 기록은 각 스토어의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 정보의 보관과 삭제
개발자는 이용자 정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. Google이 처리하는 정보의 삭제는 Google 계정 설정 또는 위 Google 방침을 참고하세요.
8. 방침의 변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 고칩니다.

Near Miss Privacy Policy
Near Miss (the "App") is a game made by an independent developer, susuim (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information the Developer collects
The Developer does not collect or store on any server your name, email address, phone number, location or other personal information. The App has no accounts.
2. Information kept only on your device
Game settings (sound effects and music with their volume, vibration, language), best records, whether you have seen the tutorial, scores not yet sent to the leaderboards, whether you bought ad removal, your effects choice, and the dates and number of times the purchase offer was shown are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Developer. They are deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect your advertising ID, device information, IP address and ad interactions. Google handles this information under its privacy policy.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form before any ad is requested, and no ad is requested until a choice is made. If you do not consent to personalised ads, non-personalised or limited ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under "Privacy settings" in the App's settings. Any user can reset the advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in the device settings.
4. Leaderboards (Google Play Games)
If you use leaderboards, Google Play Games processes your player ID, game profile name and scores, and shows the leaderboards to other players, under Google's privacy policy. Leaderboards are used only when you are signed in to Play Games with a Google account.
5. Purchases (Remove Ads + Neon FX Pack)
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or Samsung Galaxy Store; the Developer never receives your payment card details. Purchase records needed to confirm and restore purchases are handled under each store's policy.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
The Developer keeps no user information. Information on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. For information processed by Google, see your Google account settings or Google's policy above.
8. Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Near Miss(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者 susuim(以下「開発者」)が制作したゲームです。本ポリシーは、本アプリのご利用時にどのような情報が取り扱われるかを説明します。
1. 開発者が直接収集する情報
開発者は、利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報などの個人情報を収集したり、サーバーに保存したりしません。本アプリに会員登録はありません。
2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
ゲーム設定(効果音・BGM とその音量、振動、言語)、最高記録、チュートリアルの表示有無、ランキングにまだ送信していないスコア、広告削除の購入有無、エフェクトの選択、購入案内を表示した日付と回数は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、開発者に送信されることはありません。本アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。
3. 広告(Google AdMob)
本アプリは Google AdMob の広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告の配信、広告効果の測定、不正クリックの防止のために、広告 ID、端末情報、IP アドレス、広告の利用履歴などを収集することがあります。これらの情報は Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

ランキング機能をご利用になると、Google Play ゲームが利用者のプレイヤー ID、ゲームプロフィール名、スコアを処理し、ほかの利用者にランキングを表示します。これらの情報は Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。ランキングは、Google アカウントで Play ゲームにログインしている場合にのみ利用されます。
5. 購入(広告削除＋ネオンエフェクトパック)
アプリ内購入は Google Play または Samsung Galaxy Store の決済システムで処理され、開発者が支払いカード情報を受け取ることはありません。購入の確認と復元に必要な購入記録は、各ストアのポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
6. 子ども
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 情報の保管と削除
開発者は利用者の情報を保管しません。端末内の情報は本アプリを削除すると消去されます。Google が処理する情報の削除については、Google アカウントの設定または上記の Google のポリシーをご確認ください。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更した場合は、このページに掲載し、施行日を更新します。
